I just bought the hardcover last week. I read it on kindle last year with my very best friend. (You shared their genderqueer red and blue love tweet.) Got it as a gift for them when they visited but, of course, they had already bought their own, so now it's mine to treasure.
Can't tell you how much the book has meant to us, and doubly to them and their partner. (Also can't tell you how grateful I am that when I accidentally picked a book full of sex to read with a friend, it was a friend for whom that won't be super uncomfortable. hahaha...)
I got the notification today that my pre-order of the paperback had shipped. This one's a gift for someone deserving. My already well-worn hardcover is staying with me now after having done service in a long round of loans to friends last year.
Can't wait for the episode of LeVar Burton Reads to drop! Talk about career-defining moments. :D
